We had such a fun Halloween Party on Thursday. The students wore their costumes to school. We had a lot of super heros in our room! The teachers dressed up as the 5 little monkey's jumping on the bed. We put on a skit for the kids!
The families came to celebrate our Halloween party. We read the story, The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything. The children loved acting out the sound affects for each article of clothing (i.e "Two shoes went CLOMP CLOMP, pants went WIGGLE WIGGLE"). We had fun building the scarecrow and also playing BINGO. For snack, the students crushed up Oreos using a play hammer in zip lock baggies. Then, they poured the Oreos on top of their vanilla yogurt to make a very spooky treat! Green Bay Early Childhood Center had a parade that went throughout the school. The children practiced their trick-or-treat skills with the District Administrators!
